from listeners.

A lot of you have been sending me Instagram DMs asking me to talk about certain topics

on the show.

So the two I'm going to answer today are questions around fear of abandonment and a question

around, how do you really hold space and be there for friends without being life-coachy

or giving too much advice, which I think is a great question, both of them are great

questions.
