Hi, everybody, and welcome to this episode.

You've got a solo episode from me this week.

So happy to be here with all of you to talk about a 40-day plan to create lasting change

in your life that's actually very simple to do.

Now, some of you may have heard of my 40-day stop start modifying plan if you've come

to my retreat or you bought the journal or you heard me talk about it on the podcast

at one point.

But I've added to it, and I've added to it in two ways that I think, not I think I know

because I'm doing it, I know will significantly improve the quality of your life, the quality

of relationship with yourself, and will create those lasting changes that we want.

And again, not changing from the place that anything's wrong, but changing from the place

of how can we make life more fulfilling, more nourishing, more expansive, more in alignment

with our authentic self.

And the two parts I added will definitely help that.

And again, simple.

And simple things create the most complex changes in our life.

We don't need to do a million gazillion things to create change.

Sometimes it's just this simple action of this 40-day plan which I'm going to walk you

through in a moment.
