Hi everybody and welcome to Coaches Corner. If you haven't noticed there's been a theme in Coaches Corner the last three weeks which is talking about your inner child.

I did two episodes with Steph, and we talked about

how Athena actually has been such a great teacher

for us.

Athena's our daughter,

on really looking at where we need to clean up

in our child's stuff.

We shared about a specific argument that we were having

and something that happened in her life and how we realized that both of us were really coming from our hurt and her child.

And then after that we recorded an episode more specifically on how to really know when your inner child is being

triggered and what to do about it. Last week I talked a little bit more about

how your inner child is so connected to your nervous system and why stress, anxiety, overwhelm, procrastination, sabotage,

all those types of things, but especially stress and anxiety, really lessen when you do

inner child work. And today I'm going to round out this series

with guiding you through an inner child meditation

that I'm recording especially for my

a few reasons.

Number one, I love inner child work.

It's at the root of all my work. It's so foundational to my own personal

development work and my professional work. Number two, I see time and time and time again. People try so many things, whether it be relationship

coaching or meditation or plant medicine or you name it. However, if the inner child, the subconscious mind, the somatic body, and those three things

are all tied together, are not addressed with love, compassion, and thoroughness
