Hi everybody so a lot of you from a previous episode where I mentioned that I would do a heart

meditation for you ask me to do that so this week on Coaches Corner, I'm going to guide you through a very brief

meditation to connect you to your heart because there's a lot of wisdom in your heart. Our heart is like our

second brain and not second in the sense that it's second in priority, second in

that it actually is an additional brain that we have.

And so we can access the wisdom of our heart even more, then we're not relying so much

on our logic and our intellect. We can rely more on our emotion and our

intuition and the unconditional love and wisdom that resides in our heart.

So find a comfortable quiet place.

Close your eyes and get comfy

and take a really nice deep breath.

And as your breathing, let your breath be your anchor to the present moment. And let your breath just fill every cell of your body.

And if your mind wanders off at any time, that's okay.

Just bring it back with your breath.

Good. And as you're bringing your awareness to the now,

just notice that your shoulders melt, your jaw softens, your eyelids relax, and the

volume of your thoughts is getting quieter and quieter.

And now just place one hand on your heart and feel your breath breathe into your heart.

So take a nice deep breath into your chest into your heart space so that your hand

actually rises and falls as you breathing into your chest.

Okay, now we want to fill the entire heart space with breath and our heart is not just in the front of our body
