Hi everybody and welcome to Coaches Corner. This is the last in my series to set you up for 2020.

I've done four Coaches corner episodes really dedicated to helping you clear out the past

year and past decade and get you clear on your 2020 vision and this will be the last one and

this one is a bit of a more feminine approach that really came from my

own meditations and journey in this last week when I was tuning into what do I

really need in this next year and what do you really need as well.

And as I was thinking about it, I really thought, wow, gosh, so much goal setting is a much

more masculine approach in terms of being structured and focused and yeah

masculine and remember masculine doesn't mean men and feminine doesn't mean women in terms of gender.

We all have masculine and feminine energies inside each one of us.

And so when we're in goal-setting, we're often in a more masculine energy.

And even though we may be in a more feminine energy when we're listening to a meditation or

being creative, when it comes to actually like thinking about our goals and what we want to accomplish and

the steps to take to it that is a more masculine way of being to be in. And again,

there's nothing wrong with that, but I think it's very, very important to balance that out with a more

feminine approach and one of the things that I think is coming forward more and more

especially in this next decade is more feminine energy. We need it. We need more feminine energy. We need it.

We need more feminine energy

to be expressed in our planet,

in our systems and structures,

and in our world and all of us

to really balance out the energetics on the planet.
