Good evening. I'm Nora O'Donnell, and thank you for joining us. We begin with the new charges in the murder of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson. A Manhattan grand jury has now

indicted the 26-year-old suspect accused of shooting and

killing Thompson on charges, including first-degree murder. New York's district attorney says

Luigi Mangione, quote, intended to cause shock and attention and intimidation. The suspect now

being held in Pennsylvania, baby moved to New York City to face the new felony charges

as early as Thursday.
