Good evening and thank you so much for joining us. We are going to begin with that deadly tornado outbreak in Tennessee.

Homes and businesses were blown to pieces by multiple tornadoes, one with winds topping 160 miles an hour.

They struck in the dead of the night hours before polls were to open for Super Tuesday voting.

There are reports that 21 polling stations were damaged and voters were

redirected to other sites. Voting hours were just extended across the state. And tonight,

at least 25 people are dead. 160 are injured. The governor has declared a state of emergency.

Just before 1 a.m. flashes of lightning gave Nashville residents a glimpse of what was about to hit them.

Piercing sirens went off with little to no warning, the twister tearing through the heart

Neighborhoods were shredded. Parts of downtown Nashville destroyed.

So you went down to the basement to just try and hide.

in Stanford Estates where the tornado hit. The loud sound starts. It's very fast and very loud.

And it starts roaring, roaring. And I'm like, this is real. And I start running downstairs. I hear my ears start to pop and the

And I run downstairs as soon as I get down, crouched down, the roof goes off.
