terrorist pull off that horrific New Year's attack in the heart of New Orleans.

Just hours into the New Year, officials say the attacker, flying an ISIS flag from a rented pickup truck,

plowed into a crowd of revelers on Bourbon Street, killing at least 15 people, wounding dozens more.
