Good evening. I'm John Dickerson. I'm Maurice Dubois. We begin with yet another threat of political violence. A 34-year-old man from upstate. Clinton, New York is under arrest, accused of threatening to assassinate one of the top elected Democrats in the country. House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. His name is Christopher Moynihan, and it is not his first run-in with the law.

He was one of the January 6 rioters and had been serving 21 months in prison when he was pardoned by President Trump nine months ago.
