0:38.3	Good evening. I'm Maurice Dubois. I'm John Dickerson. The Trump administration says it can't.
0:46.3	And the President of El Salvador says he won't. President Trump is under Supreme Court order
0:50.3	to facilitate the return of a migrant deported mistakenly to El Salvador.
0:56.0	But members of his cabinet said today, Kilmar Abrago-Garcia is a Salvadoran, and only El Salvador can send him back.
1:03.3	At an Oval Office meeting with Mr. Trump, El Salvador's president claimed he has no power to send
1:09.1	Abrago Garcia to the United States and no intention of doing so.
1:12.8	Brago Garcia is one of hundreds of deported migrants held in a Salvador in prison. President Trump
1:18.1	facilitated that by pay El Salvador $6 million. Mr. Trump likes the idea so much. He's now talking
