And good evening, the final seconds of flight 8646 revealed late today by investigators, everything

right there on the cockpit voice recorder

right up to the moment of impact. According to the NTSB, the fateful decision to allow a crossing

of runway 4 came just 20 seconds before that Air Canada Express Jet collided late Sunday with a fire

truck at LaGuardia Airport.
