Rejoiced Cavs fans.

They got another road win over the Detroit Pistons, and this was the most dominant of them.

We got to start this here podcast talking about Donovan Mitchell, though, because this was,

without a doubt, the largest platform, the largest game

that Donovan has played it in his career.

This has been something that has haunted him, right?

The narrative that he is not able to get out of the second round, he had not been playing

up to his standard overall in these playoffs.

You could probably argue, despite some very good games within the playoffs,

on the whole, you could probably say that he's been the third best Cleveland Cavalier.

Tonight, he was the best player on the floor,

and he showed the leadership that you would absolutely come to expect from Donovan Mitchell.

I thought from the opening tip, he dictated how the game was going to be played.

He dictated what energy the calves as a whole were going to be playing with.

And he had the most mature and composed performance that I have seen from him.
