As usual, he was out for one rare episode, is Vic Madness of the Free Week? And this is your

morning show for any hour. How you doing, Vic? Hello, very, Catherine. I am doing great. As you know,

last Thursday, I was at my aunt's memorial in New Jersey. And it was quite lovely. So thanks to

everybody who sent their prayers, thoughts, prayers, condolences. And then Kate and I,

we already had this plan beforehand. So I'm happy the way it worked out the following day,

a long awaited getaway, just the two of us. I feel like it's been years since we just

went away. The two of us to Charleston, South Carolina. And it was the first time

for either of us in Charleston. What a Southern foodie mecca. It's a great place.

I remember you telling me Savannah is Charleston's drunk cousin. Yes. I prefer the drunker cousin.

No, I like Charles. Savannah's great, but you're right. It's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's it's less sloppy. Yes. It's it's rather. It's it's been a while since I've been to Savannah or Charleston. I would probably I might enjoy Charleston more now because I have a little more disposable income.

Well, yeah, that's right. Well, here's the thing that what really struck me, aside from the most

amazing food, including like, you know, fried oysters and shrimp and grits, which were amazing at

Husk. You did make it to Husk. I was going to ask. It was the best, one of the best breaches I've

ever had. And in fact, we had,

I even started with fried okra, which Kate is not a fan. And she's like, wow, this is really good.

Are you an okra person at all? That's south of you. Yes, I, but I like an okra. Now, it's a special

occasion food. I feel like it's not, I don't do it often.

Okay.

It's like, oh, yeah.

Yeah, I mean, how are you going to, what are you going to do with it?
