We'll talk about Shay winning MVP, just a few things that have occurred on a Sunday in the United States. Programming notes to start

before we get to Bryce. So this episode's probably going to go for about an hour, if you made

me guess, a little bit shorter than the normal Sunday episode. Here's the thing, though.

Bryce and I have already recorded an NBA draft show over on the substack, game theory, samv.substack.com. So if you want a second hour of us talking essentially about the NBA draft and about the combine and about what we learned, what mattered, what didn't matter, everything like that, you will get a second hour and five minutes of us talking probably at about 3 a.m.

The format of that is going to be,

I'm going to hand Bryce the reins to the show. And he is prepared questions for me on the NBA

draft. I have no idea what those questions are. I'm kind of excited to learn what they are.

And we're just going to see what happens. And it's going to be a good time and we're going to

have some fun. But before we do that, I want to start with Shea winning MVP just to knock that out as much as anything. So Shea Gildjus

Alexander is a two-time MVP award winner now following his victory over Nicole Yokic, Victor Wenbignama,

and Cade Cunningham, as well as Luca Donchich, in that awards race.

Feels right.

When we did our end of season awards, both you and I had Shea Gilgis Alexander as the MVP.

You can say he's the best player on the best team.
