Like stillness is actually us watching a game tape.

Stillness is actually us sitting back saying, what can I do better?

Stillness is us actually resetting our nervous system.

Stillness is actually us saying, how do I get, watch this, how do I recalibrate,

how do I detoxify from the dopamine rush that I'm getting addicted to? Recalibrrate, sitting yourself down saying, hey, let me look at it without pressing the buttons.

Let me analyze without feeling the urge to do something.

Stillness, stillness is progress.

I want to say that we are optimistic because we believe in growth.

I want to say that we are optimistic because we believe in the potential that we have.

I want to say that we are optimistic because God told us to go possess the land.

But I want to say that we are also cautious because we know that there are risk on a journey

that are prerequisites.

I want to say that we are cautious because we understood what it took for us to get here.

And I'm not just talking about myself, I'm talking about all of us.

All of us had to fight a journey to get to this point.

This point of the year has not been easy.

But because we believe in the future, because we believe of the year has not been easy.

But because we believe in the future,

because we believe in what we stand for, because we believe in what we are fighting for,

because we believe that where we have come from,

let me say this right too. Because we believe in our heart of heart that where we come from, it don't get no

lower than that.
