I want to take a moment to address some concerns

that listeners sent me after the last episode.

We had on Joseph Epstein,

and as many of you pointed out he said some things that aren't true

One of them I'm going to address directly here is the Robert Malley situation

Malley was the US Special envoy Iran. Epstein made some claims about

Mali and his team that are not true. It's a complicated situation that involves

the State Department, the Tehran Times, and an ongoing investigation.

Basically, it's the kind of thing that needs its own episode.

I'll include some links in the show notes to kind of give you all a primer.

Some of the other stuff Epstein talked about, we address in a show that you are about to hear,

and in another episode that I've already recorded about the nature of propaganda during a live conflict.
