Today, we're going to talk about the ultimate keto food—cauliflower. Cauliflower is low-carb, and it has a ton of nutrients. Cauliflower even tastes like a potato, but it doesn't have the starch in it.
1 cup of cauliflower has: • 2.6g carbs • 1.4g fiber • 1.2g net carbs • Vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K1) • Minerals
In addition, cauliflower is also high in phytonutrients. Phytonutrients mainly act as specialized antioxidants that help in the turning on and turning off of certain genes, and the maintenance of your DNA.
