Well, one fast casual chain wants you to find out. This month, Chipotle rolled out a new item at all of

their U.S. and Canadian locations, cilantro lime cauliflower rice. It's essentially shredded cauliflower

with a little salt and lime juice. It looks a bit like rice,

and the chain is hoping you think it tastes like rice, too, or something like rice anyway.
