All right, welcome in to Snuffing Torches. I honestly don't know what episode this is of the season.

I think this was the seventh episode of the season Survivor. Season 42 recap, sometimes because last week was a two-hour episode, they'll switch it up where it's like it was technically episode six and seven.

That's kind of dumb.

This is the seventh time we watched Survivor so far this year.

It's me, Lenny Balls, Nate, Jake and Jeff are out.

We'll have a rotating crew throughout the rest of the season, but us three tonight. Guys, good episode.

And I just want to say, I was, I was just excited for Survivor today, which is a nice feeling.

I feel like I didn't really have it in season 41. I mean, definitely for the premiere, but not

throughout the season. Tonight, like, there's nothing better than a good Survivor season,, like just being like, all right, I can't wait to watch what happens today.

And I had that feeling, and it kind of lived up to it.

Tommy, people poo-poot us for not, for being so negative during season 41.

And I always said it's not our fault.

It was just bad episodes of Survivor.

We now feel like we're watching regular episodes of Survivor. It's a regular season. I'll bite the twist. It's just,

it's good editing. It's good seasons. It's good players. I wish that we started this podcast this

season and not last season because it's just we were at the mercy of the editing last season and it was bad. It's a, this is a good season. I like, I combined like and love. I love this season of Survivor. It's enjoyable. I, I, I'm thoroughly enjoying it. I echo everything you just said. It is quite nice. Fake lesson. We did not care. I didn't give a fuck with anybody pretty much. And right now everybody left, I kind of like, I'm a fan of everybody. I have my head on straight on everybody who everybody is. But that's all I could ask for going to two. Last season is so forgettable that unless you guys remind me of like who were the final three i won't even know next week you know

like it was just a very forgettable season and i'm very much enjoying this season i feel connected

to these characters sort of like you said glennie like i maybe outside of lindsay i know she's your jersey

short queen but i yeah they really don't give her a lot. Show Lindsay at all. But I feel like other than that, and like tonight, losing Chanel, you know, she was all right. You know, not a huge loss. The week Lydia before, like we haven't really lost anyone that I've been like, oh, I'm so mad they went home. You know still made an impact, though.

Like she was still, like she was.
