before we get to the podcast, the football stuff, I just want to talk it through with you and maybe just tell our listeners.

I just a little bit of a group therapy session.

We're all friends, of course.

Right. So I have some bad habits in the morning and one of them is a habit everybody has. I'll check my Instagram, I'll look at Twitter and I'll sometimes go and read reviews or look at what the animals do on

Reddit and most of the times... Oh yeah, I saw you I don't know what you got involved in a vicious attack and I don't know where it came from.

No, did I? Yeah you and Emerald Tophies. I thought he was just getting around. You very hard at him I think you own an apology

no but he's not kidding her own he's deadly serious he is dense no he is I don't even know what he was

referring to well whatever yeah it doesn't matter.

That's, I cannot go around in circles on that one.

But anyway, so I flicked on for some reason, like,

and this is super early in the morning, the baby's asleep, my girlfriend's asleep because I'm going to get up and go to the beach

I said okay I'll just give me five minutes to just look at a few things so I flick through some iTunes reviews and like problem is that most of the time they're really

really nice and complimentary and five stars and everything because our

listeners are pretty sound about it.
