Will it ever stop raining? I don't want to be the quintessential Irishman and start the conversation with someone talking about the weather

because if we talk about the weather as small talk then it delays talking about the actual things that are affecting our lives.

I also think it makes people think that we're not really friends.

Yeah, exactly. Like the weather is a thing you talk about with an acquaintance.

Yeah, it's one of an armory of things that Irish people have to kind of deflect from the darkness that they really, really should be discussing with someone.

But it won't stop raining here. Jesus Christ, give us a break.

I don't have, because we've had mild winters, well, last winter was really mild and the winter before that was cold but it

wasn't too bad. But the point being I don't have the appropriate footwear or I'd have to dig

it out and so I end up just getting my feet wet because I'm still gonna I still got to go out.

I've always said that I I need to look at the statistics because I think New York is a very

Underrated rain city like what people always talk about Seattle the Pacific Northwest oh, it rains so much.

I really believe, and I could do it easily, I guess,

but if you look up statistical rainfall,

I think people would be stunned by how high up New York City is. Just a hunch. You looked at you looked at this before

in the pod when we were talking about rain and we will get to the football guys and it was

Seattle. Seattle was no no Seattle was behind New York. New York was number one. I believe that Frazier duped a generation of people our age into believing that all it did was rain in Seattle.

Yeah. Because there were so many, if I remember correctly there was a lot of rain scenes in in Frazier.

Yeah, I mean look I don't mean to it rains a lot in Seattle. There's no way around that but I just think New York needs to be in the
