I'm Jake Novak filling in for Sid and we have a full house replacing Sid and

friends this morning starting from my left to my right owner-operator John Katz Matidis,

Judge Richard Weinberg, George Venizalos,

the former assistant director of the FBI in New York City, and Ed Cox, the chairman of the

Republican Party in New York. And folks, we have a major, major breaking story on a lot of different

levels to get right into it. Let's get into it at about 11.30 p.m. last night, an Air Canada regional jet

operated by Jazz Aviation, which is a regional jet flyer out of Nova Scotia, from Montreal,

inbound to LaGuardia, crashed into a Port Authority fire truck on a runway at LaGuardia,

killing the pilot and the co-pilot, severely injuring the flight attendant

who was ejected through the plane. Apparently, none of the passengers suffering any serious

injuries, but two of the Port Authority cops on the truck also injured. Now, of course, with the

practical aspect of this, LaGuardia shut down. We will probably be shut down at least until the afternoon.

And John, the question is right now, is this a tragedy or an atrocity? Because if this is a case of

the company's boat, you know, my experience, you know, I've been in the aviation business for

almost 50 years, and I started flying in 1977. for almost 50 years.

And I started flying in 1977.

I got 49 years.

And it's a tragedy.

And we've all seen things happen.
