Hello, Catholics. And everyone else, welcome to the Catholic Guy podcast. Now, this might sound a little

different than the typical Catholic guy podcast. How you ask, will this be good? Oh, no, no, no,

just like the regular Catholic guy podcast, this won't be good. But the introduction was different, right?

There's no music. Actually, there was no introduction. There's no Tyler introducing me and the guests and the

co-hosts. It's just me, my voice. Hello. Well, that's because this is the new Catholic guy podcast.

I'd say the new and improved Catholic guy podcast,

but that would be a lie. And I usually don't lie at the top of the show. I try to wait a few

minutes before the lying begins. So here's the story. We had the original Catholic Guy podcast

online for more than 10 years or something. But the thing is, no one had the username or password for it.

So, technologically speaking, we could upload podcasts every week,

and that was literally all we could do.

The image of it was me from a picture when I used to work in television back in 2003,

but we couldn't change it.

The show description was when Sirius and XM merged as companies, but we're still on two

different channels, so it would say, tune into the Catholic Guy show Monday through Friday

on Sirius 159 and XM 117.

Well, now, of course, we're on Sirius XM 129.

We've been on this channel for years.

Plus, the show originally was from 4 to 7 p.m. Eastern Time.

Now it's only 4 to 6 p.m. Eastern time, which is way better for everyone involved.

For me, for the crew, but most importantly for you, the listeners, because

less is definitely more. Thus, it's the new Catholic Guy podcast, just with no subscriber,
