Greetings, spares, Evans, and Retrogrades.

Today I come to you in subservice of the principle that the U.S. bishops are, at least some of them,

at least institutionally, giving to the enemies of Jesus.

And with me is the magistrate of such a teaching, of such a lesson.

Mr. Michael Hitchborn, my friend from the Lepanto Institute, he's going to lead us on this

extraordinary journey of horrors. How is it going, Michael? Well, it's a good thing Halloween has

passed because this really is a house of horrors once you start to dive into what the Catholic campaign for human development in the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops has been giving to.

Yeah, I mean, in a way, it makes you wish that Halloween was still a day or two ahead of us, then we could, it could help

us better celebrate the macabre nature of 2022 Roman Catholicism. Yeah, in many ways, I'd rather

be dismembered with a chainsaw than have to look through some of this stuff. I mean, look,

when people out there, before we start going, I'm just going to let you spin

and offer a little color commentary, but you're, you're the guy behind the guy when it comes

to the details. La Ponto is it. And long before we became friends, I admired you in Lepanto's work,

but you're a very jolly guy. Like, I'm a jolly guy too but we're people are out there saying

oh it's so negative it's so negative i mean they say this vis-a-vis pope francis but they also say

this about you with i mean you think about pope francis just how i do but they say this about

you with regard to the bishops oh this guy's got to be negative all he. All he does is negative. It's like, well, look, I'm not, I'm not diluted, but I'm a really jolly guy. That's what I tell him. That's what I tell him about you too. Can you address that for a moment? Like, how do you keep your equipoise, man? Well, I, I like to use the analogy of a doctor doctor like an oncologist, you know, somebody who studies

cancer. And he has a patient come in. Now, just because he's a cancer doctor doesn't mean that he has to

have a dour face, but the subject that he's covering is very serious. And when he sees a patient, he has to go through procedures in order to diagnose the problem

to determine whether it's cancer, whether it's something else.

And when he determines that, yes, this patient has cancer, there is a treatment or there isn't.

In that case, it's a very, very serious situation.
