Welcome to on the bench. I am Brendan Sonone joined as always by Chris knee Josh Newberg and a special guest. We have FSU football coach Mike Norvell with us. Mike, welcome to on the bench. I will try my best to not make it awkward this time.

Appreciate you guys having me on for sure. We appreciate your time. Let's get going on this and know you're busy right now. I think you guys are still doing like exit interviews and whatnot from the spring. So maybe it's a good place to start.

I had someone on the message board asked me like what a exit interview consists of. I know it's a meeting where you talk to players and maybe you can just paint a picture of like what exactly goes into to a quote unquote exit interview.

It's actually one of my favorite things that we do at the end of each semester, whether we did it in December and you obviously falling up here at the end of spring ball and spring semester.

It's a chance for you each player to come in. I meet with every player on the roster.

You starter back up, you know, walk on to scholarship and just to be able to really see their perspective of what their spring was from the winter conditioning program to spring practice to meetings.

You know, where they see them themselves at, you know, kind of their overall perspective of their position.

You know, the offense and defense special teams units and then, you know, really just a, you know, a pulse of where where they see that the teams at and, you know, it's great information.

I'm able to give them my assessment, you know, and kind of their projection of where they are going in the summer things they need to work on and then, you know, you know, setting up, you know, where we need to go.

Overall, as a program, but you really good feedback, you know, pleased with our guys, the work that we put in and excited about, you know, you know, their attitude of where this team is and the improvements that they've seen.

And the work that we have to put into it as we go forward in the summer program.

So there's been a lot of really exciting good news coming out of the athletic program recently.

I think that I wanted to focus on asking a couple of questions on Mike is the football ops building or football only facility.
