and then stack heavy relievers to catch up ground in closing?

So we were kind of messaging back and forth Sunday night as we were working on our bids.

And I mentioned that I feel like what's happened

this year happens every year, to varying degrees, but happens every year where there are a slew

of new closer options in August and in September, but especially in August. And everybody or a lot of

people are out of fab. so those options end up being

really cheap so if one save option becomes available in like May he's $400 and or $400, but I'm finding right now

lately you can get potential save sources for 10, 20, 30, maybe 50, which means you

could get three of them for 100 or something like that.

So if you just have a little bit of fab left, you can do a lot with your potential save

situation, which then I kind of branched off.
