Dana, I can remember as I was growing up that my dad would talk to us often about the power of habits and the importance of habits.

And he would say bad habits are hard to break and good habits are hard to make sometimes. So he kind of drilled that into us. And as we're

talking with our guests this week, we're talking a lot about habits, bad habits and good habits,

looking to the scripture for that. And I'm just, I'm going to put you on the spot here.

Do you have any bad habits that you'd care to talk about just at the top of the program here?

Well, Nancy, well, not to be personal. Yeah, that's kind of personal to ask me. Well, you know, Bob and I

actually have noticed a bad habit that we're sharing. And that is that we're on our phone so much that last week,

I was in one room, he was in the other, and we were having a conversation by text.

Oh, Robert and I have never done that in our house. Not. And we were both like, wait, wait,

this can't be really great for our relationship, like eye contact and all the stuff we know about touch.

And so we're trying to fix that bad habit right now.

In order to have something good come about in your marriage.

We want to have a good habit of looking in each other's eyes and things.

Well, habits don't have to be bad.
