It's one of those things that I most treasure about this show, that we have so many

stories that I personally feel reassured by because it's so easy for me to get into my own head about how bad things are or about how bad

things might be tomorrow or next month or whatnot. And then I hear people share stories on this

show about getting through so many different, big, and small things.
