I'm doing okay I do feel like a little bit of a loser after you and I came away empty handed last night.

Yes, uh, last night, we attended the Amby Awards. I think I got that right, in downtown LA.

We had mentioned a few weeks ago that we were fortunate enough to be nominated

for one of these awards that recognizes excellence in podcasting.

We were up against a formidable group of nominees including one of your idols over there

with Julia Louise Dreyfus who ultimately ended up winning.

And while we lost, my mom was quick to point out when I informed her of our loss that in her eyes we are all

winners and I did I was not able to give the acceptance speech there but had I been

able to I would have thanked everybody that makes us look

good mossy each and every time we step on this set and the men and women behind the scenes that like I said it takes a village but we had a good night out anyway

with Sean Sullivan and Aaron Schechter who joined us at the event and it was it was fun but it was it was a little

interesting to see a gathering of all podcast people they are a and I guess we are a

special breed.
