Hey everybody, it's me, Katie Nolan, here to talk to you about my new podcast called Casuals, starting January 21st.

It's a sports podcast, but for people who don't necessarily consider themselves as listeners of sports podcasts.

Basically, it's just going to be me and the friends that I've accrued through this career

in sports media talking about sports the way regular people talk about sports.

There's not going to be any pressure.

We're not going to break down any defenses.

It really doesn't even matter to me what you know or don't know.

If you want to be generally aware of what's going on in sports or you want to be entertained

by silly little stories you might have missed from more obscure sports, casuals is for you.

It's just regular people laughing about sports and not screaming. I mean, we might scream,

but it's going to be about something very

silly and not about something as serious. We're just not going to take it seriously. Is this making

sense? You guys kind of get the vibe. So if you're not a person who listens to sports podcasts,

please don't rule us out just because we're a sports podcast. And if you are a person who listens

to sports podcasts, please don't rule us out just because we're silly. I think the benefit here is that we are all
