We were down there for Metallica.

It was a rehearsal show at the Cal Palace.

So they had the whole thing set up going through all the stuff. They'd start a song and if they didn't like it, they'd stop. And kids are up on stage. That was cool. They were testing all the lighting. And that was the show, I'm pretty sure, that had the big balls. Yeah. And I think there was maybe 400 people in Cal Palace.

Which was weird.

I think they had one hot dog stand open maybe with like something like that. Soda and beer, but it was a pretty cool experience to just get down there and kind of just watch them work through their stuff. It was a fun trip and I don't think we got thrown out of anywhere on that trip. I don't believe so. I remember my wife being pissed the entire time.
