0:12.6	Yes, it is. It's easier than you might believe. The cares of this life can seem so hard
0:18.3	that the thought of not thinking about them can be impossible to fathom.
0:22.5	So you could actually have so many cares and it can seem so hard, you can't even imagine yourself
0:28.6	not thinking about them. Yeah, they permeate your thought process. They just, I mean, they don't
0:34.9	leave cares. And they can seem that hard.
0:38.4	As believers, there are some steps we can take to cast our cares upon the Lord.
0:43.5	Following these steps will give us peace and allow God to carry our heavy burdens and woes.

0:52.1	So we cast our cares properly and follow these steps I'm going to give you. I'm going to give you steps
0:58.4	on how to give it to God. Look at somebody say give it to God. We hear it all the time, but do we really know how to do that?
1:06.6	Are we just saying what sounds good in church? Girl, just give it to the Lord.
1:12.5	And then they walk off and you sitting there like, what?
1:15.2	You didn't help me.
1:17.1	Well, that's because you don't know how to do it.
1:19.2	So I'm going to help you do it and help me at the same time.

1:24.3	We're going to give these cares to the Lord.
