Summary

As we continue our series looking at how we can position ourselves to experience the fullness of God’s promises, today we’re looking at how we can cast off negativity, so that we, right here and now, can experience to greater depth the joy that’s available to us in God. May God grant us the courage and perspective to choose life over death today as we seek to live the abundant life wholly available to us in Christ.

Our Scripture for today comes from Proverbs 18:21, and today's worship is Ever Be by Kalley Heiligenthal.

As you go about your day today, try and notice when you feel negativity taking over. Maybe it’s when you drive, maybe it’s a certain person at work. And rather than seeking to wrestle with it right away, try to calmly notice the negativity, and then invite God to meet you there with his wisdom and presence.

Make sure to rate the podcast today if this episode was meaningful, and write a review if God is doing something in your life through this space.

Have a wonderful rest of your day, and may God bless you as you seek him.

Scripture speaks very harshly of the power of an unbridled tongue. James 3, 2 through 6
