in Major League Baseball earlier here on Tuesday, as well as news in college basketball. Yes,

the expansion of the NCAA tournament, what we've all been waiting for, right? But we start

with playoff action that occurred here on Tuesday and a couple of

interesting results. The first one that really jumped off the page to me or jumped off

the screen watching it was the Boston Celtics losing an opportunity to close out the series

on their home floor, Philly beating Boston 113 to 97 as Joel M. Bede scores 33 points and the Sixers avoid elimination. Now what this does for me is it puts a giant smile on my face. And you're saying, Scott, why do you care? Did you bet the Sixers? No, I didn't bet the Sixers. No. Did you bet the Celtics? No, I actually had Jason Tatum going over his points rebounds assist. That cashed. Bad beat on his points prop, by the way. He only had 24. He had 24 in the third quarter. He went 0 for five later in the game. But anyway, 24 points, 16 boards. He had a monster game, Jason Tatum. He's been lightened up here. And that will lead me to an actual futures bet that I like on Jason Tatum.

But the reason why I'm smiling is because this now triggers my Celtics system, which is when the Celtics lose a game, we bet on the opponent's team total to go under in the following game.

It's not just that. You can just bet on the Celtics to cover in the next game.

It's something that they've done all season long.

It's something that they've done for multiple seasons.

And especially in the playoffs, since the 2021 season, post-COVID, new world, all that stuff.

The Boston Celtics in the playoffs, after losing a game in the playoffs, whether it was

Eme Udoca as head coach or Joe Missoula as head coach, when the Celtics lose a game in the

playoffs, they have responded in that very next game to go 19 and 6 straight up, 18 and 7 against

the spread, although some would argue it's 19 and 6 against the spread because previously in this

series, they beat the Sixers 108 100. The, the game closed eight and a half, but you could have gotten

seven and a half literally all day, the day before, something like that, but my numbers are based
