I sent you was is cash flow versus cash flowing

basically cash flowing in and the reason I want to share this is because

sometimes we get stuck on the fact that the only way to create

cash flow through real estate investing is to buy, fix, and hold and rent. Now guys

that's a strategy I think every single person watching should be doing.

I own about 570 cash flowing rental properties all around America right now.

So I buy them, I fix them, I get a loan on them, I rehab them, I put a property,

a great property manager, put a tenant in there, and I collect cash.

Now, it's an incredible, incredible wealth building strategy.
