Yeah. And there's better ways to do it. You're going the hard way.

So I think wholesaling, novations, other methods are a lot easier than trying to do whole house flips.

I think we could teach people on this podcast how to make seven figures, you know, in other ways, but yeah, that's how my year went but yeah the main thing

that I'm focused on right now is building the team that's going to make seven

figures for 2025.

Yeah, because I think for me personally, I'm not in that hustle grind stage anymore.

So I have to build a team to do acquisitions, dispositions and running the business because I kind of refuse to just be on the

phones like how I have been the last eight years.

Yeah, you know, it's funny.
