0:56.4	Landlords, you need to beware. So let me start by saying this. So when we're going through
1:03.0	the steps of verifying prospective residence credentials, meaning we're looking to verify a prospective
1:10.0	resident to see if they qualify to move into one
1:12.6	of our properties, right? There's standard items that we verify for each and every individual.
1:18.0	These items include employment, rental history, credit, criminal records, personal and professional
1:24.2	references, etc. You might verify more than that, but those are like the main items that we look for.
1:29.7	One item that a lot of landlords might skip on,
1:32.8	or not necessarily skip, but they might skimp on,
1:35.5	meaning they don't go all the way in verification
1:37.5	because it can be time-consuming
1:39.5	or even subtle of a pain in the butt to verify
