Hi everyone. As you know, I'm still on a break until October the 1st when I'll be back with the next case-based episode.

Although when I say I'm on break,

I'm really not. Summer is a great time to release this case updates episode. I have a Q&A

coming after that, and of course I'm still working behind the scenes on the next season.

I wanted to say thank you to everyone who reached out to me after my comments about mental health.

So many lovely and supportive people and so many of you are going through the same as I am.

It really does go to show that you never have to suffer alone.

And as someone with a bit of a platform, I think it's important to share these things because

we're all humans after all. As for me, my journey back to half decent mental health isn't

going to happen overnight, but I am making progress. So thank you all so much for your lovely

comments and messages of support. I really appreciate it. We all need to

take care of ourselves right now and each other. So, for today's case updates, there have been
