I'm Hans von Smokovsky, and this is Case in Point.

And the title of our episode today is the Congressional Dishonorable Conduct Award.

Many of you've probably seen a video that was released by six members of Congress, which

my guest today very properly calls an insubordinate, ignorant, and politically motivated

diatribe.

Those members of Congress basically told our military personnel that they should immediately and currently and in the

future disobey what they called unlawful or illegal orders. Now, of course, when interviewed

and asked what they were talking about, they actually couldn't name any unlawful orders

that had been issued by the president or any other military commanders.

Those six members of Congress, who I'm going to name, because there ought to be a bronze plaque

put inside the Capitol building for their dishonorable conduct are

Alyssa Slotkin of Michigan, Mark Kelly of Arizona, Jason Crow of Colorado, Maggie Goodlander of New Hampshire,

and one state has two of them, Pennsylvania, Chris Deluzio and Chrissy

Hulahad. Now, here to discuss what I think a lot of people agree as a reckless incendiary

video is my friend and colleague, Collie Stimson, who is the deputy director of the Meese Legal Center.

But very importantly, besides all the legal work he does, he is a third-generation naval officer.

He served 30 years as a Navy JAG, retired as a captain just a couple of years ago.

He's a two-time commanding officer. He was deployed with

the Navy Seals as their JAG in East Africa. You know, one of these days you're going to have to
