Summary

On the evening of August 21, 1955, a family raced into the Hopkinsville, Kentucky police station to report that their house was under attack by a group of alien creatures. These creatures had appeared to try and gain entry to the family’s home and were seemingly fended off by two of the men who opened fire on the creatures. This event is one of the most harrowing tales of an extraterrestrial encounter within the UFO world. The idea that otherworldly visitors would apparently choose to terrorize a family is chilling. In January of 1998, a TV special aired that claimed to be clear documentation of another family being assaulted by extraterrestrials within their own home. The video, seemingly recorded on a handheld camcorder, was said to have captured the disturbing final hours of the McPherson family who disappeared after the night of November 27, 1997.
