check on the government. We're allowed to request different records or documents to ensure that

they're accurate and haven't been mishandled. But in this case, unfortunately, we don't have that

luxury. The Georgia Open Records Act has a specific exemption in place for open investigations.

So for now, unless we get a hold of the case files from the GBI, we kind of have our hands tied.
