Here's the first question from one of our listeners. Okay, anyone with a brain in their head

can determine that the GBI and police department are obviously covering up for Marcus.

With that being said, if that is indeed the case, who can investigate this outside of the GBI

and the police department to determine that? Because obviously, the GBI police department

keep investigating the same stuff going to keep coming up that no one can figure out what happened

to Tara. But outside of them, the fan outside agency came in to investigate them. Who would that be?

That's a good question. And the answer is us, people like you and me. This kind of goes back to

what I was saying in episode 6 about the Georgia Open Records Law. As a citizen, we're allowed to

check on the government. We're allowed to request different records or documents to ensure that

they're accurate and haven't been mishandled. But in this case, unfortunately, we don't have that

luxury. The Georgia Open Records Act has a specific exemption in place for open investigations.

So for now, unless we get a hold of the case files from the GBI, we kind of have our hands tied.
