think that's what happened, how different do you think the truth is? Well, I've said all along that

I think the indictment is potentially legally insufficient because it doesn't accurately and

succinctly specifically describe how he allegedly used his hand in a deadly way. So that could be

a problem for them whether or not it's intentionally vague because there's maybe some deal in place

is an open question. I've got my suspicions about it. If the indictment is challenged, it'd be very

easy for the DA to go back to the grand jury and get one that has more details and it's more specific.

So they can always re-endite the case. As far as the narrative that we've been given and by narrative,

I mean piecing together what we can from what's been publicly released before the gag order,
