Summary

0:43.8	apartment after graduating from her degree in physical education and she was just about to start a
0:48.7	new job. She was busy, but more than that, the idea of a cruise across the sea gave her the
0:54.7	creeps. She didn't really want to go. She would be just as happy settling into her new place,
1:01.2	which was nearby her parents and brothers home in Chesterfield, Virginia. Amy was really close with
1:06.9	her younger brother Brad, who was 21, and he and their parents, Iver and Ron, were eventually
1:12.3	able to talk Amy into joining them. Ron had been given the trip by the insurance agency he worked for,
1:18.6	and he believed it was a great chance to spend some quality time together. Seven days of sunshine,
1:24.7	cruising the carabane, cocktails and endless sunsets. It wasn't long before Amy thought perhaps
1:30.8	the cruise wouldn't be so bad after all. It was starting to sound like the trip of a lifetime.
2:01.1	Amy was born on May 12, 1974, and grew up with her family in the Creekwood subdivision in
2:06.8	Chesterfield, Virginia. She loved sports and excelled particularly in basketball and swimming.
2:13.2	When it came time for college, she chose to study close to home and attended Longwood University.
2:18.9	She was a star basketball player, and at the time was the only student in the school's history
2:23.4	to attend on a full athletic scholarship. By the time she completed her degree in physical
2:28.7	education, she was a trained lifeguard, a strong swimmer, and had a teaching certificate.
2:34.6	But the spot those attributes, Amy couldn't help but feel nervous about going on a cruise.
