Thursday, May 26, 2005, was an exciting day for 124 of the 300 senior students

from mountainbrook high school.

Having graduated two days earlier,

the classmates left their hometown of Birmingham, Alabama

to spend five days holidaying in a rhubber, a tropical island

in the southern Caribbean Sea.

The senior class trip had become somewhat of a ride of passage

for fresh graduates from mountainbrook high,

providing one final bonding experience
