This is Matt Lynch coming to you from Regent College in Vancouver.

As we get started here, I wanted to just take the time to thank our producers of OnScript,

Jason Stark and Taylor Tursik.

They're doing a fantastic job.

They've taken over from Ed, who is retiring from OnScript

Blissfully on some island somewhere, I'm sure at this point. Also, if you would like to give

or wherever you listen. And if giving a review on a podcast app is not your thing, I googled

how to give effective feedback. And I guess this would apply even if you're giving it on one of

those platforms, but also maybe just verbally if you ever see one of us. They have examples of what

counts as effective feedback. So here's an example.

I think you did a great job when you ran the all-hands meeting.

It showed that you are capable of getting people to work together and communicate effectively.

I admire your communication skills.

So if you run into one of us or one of the producers at an event somewhere, apparently we'd appreciate

hearing that. So that's something you could say to one of us or to an interviewee on the,
