Carrie Stainer. That is my eat a bag of dick that a listener said.

abduction and subsequent escape of Stephen Stainer.

He was held in captivity for seven years before he was able to escape, all while saving the life of another

boy.

We didn't dive too deep into his family life and dynamic,

and there was a specific reason for that,

as we talked about last episode.

Tonight, we're going to talk about his brother, Carrie Stainer.

Carrie was one of five kids.

He had three sisters and one younger brother that we know.

His dad was a mechanic.

His mom ran a daycare business and also worked at the cafeteria and local high schools.

On the surface they were a pretty normal family.
