Two months ago, I asked God some bottom line questions. I don't know if you're a

bottom line person I am. God doesn't mind bottom line questions.

For those of you that are here and you think you're asking God some bottom line questions, he likes it.

Matter of fact, he wants to tell somebody, quit beating around the bush and ask what you want to ask.

You see, I love being a bottom line kind of guy.

I don't want to deal with the fluff.

I want to deal with reality.

What's real? Two months ago, there was a week in my life that I was having this,

I was having several encounters with several couples in the church that needed prayer over serious issues.

And I prayed for him and nothing changed.

And I went to the Lord and I said, you know, Dad,

I love your presence.

I love the way Thomas ushes your presence in. I mean this is incredible. I love that.

But you know if I don't if I can't live with your power. I mean your presence is great, but I want your power too. Can we have both?

That's the bottom line question I say, you know, can we have both? Do we have to just live with your presence and not your power or some of your power and not your

private? I want both. That's my heart's desire.

And I said to him, I don't think the problem is with you. I really don't.

I kind of think it's with me.

So what's the problem? I asked him that specific question. I've asked about my wife

five years ago and he said, good, I'm glad to wait for you to ask this question because I'm

going to tell you. It's you. I said, well I kind of knew that one open your
