6 p.m. Sunday, February 21st, it's kind of that time and night where I talk about,

okay what am I for dinner tonight?

Because I took food out to defrost but to Sunday I don't want to cook and now that I live

on my own again or with a friend of mine, I can't just say mom what's for dinner so you

know I'm thinking Italian, I'm thinking Chinese and keep in mind I'm not a Chinese guy, I

just like have to be in the mood for it and like once in a blue mood I am and I think I

am.

So what do you think Italian or Chinese?

I'm always Italian over Chinese, I'm also not a huge Chinese fan.

I'm not, I have to be in the mood for it.

It's fully a mood thing, Italian never misses and then it's you know look yourself in

the mirror and say am I gonna do this health thing laid on a Sunday night and start off

the week.

I don't think either one of those are gonna help.
