And how to possibly move from a paradigm of individualist burden to a model of relational support. It's a topic that I think has a lot of

deep relevance to how to navigate the times we're living in, for many reasons, but right at the center of

it is this. I don't think people always realize the amount they're carrying, or the importance

in the midst of what can be called a great global crisis of individual meaning, of architecting

and deepening into our systems of shared support. This podcast itself exists

because of relational support. It's a support-based model. And I want to take a moment at the

beginning to express my gratitude for the community of support that has grown around the
