0:00.0	Last week, I kind of got into it over this idea of alignment and there being one right alignment.
0:08.6	And that conversation carried over into my weekly teacher's class.
0:13.2	And we really made a connection in hearing everybody talk between this idea of right alignment
0:19.7	and some of the reasons why yoga classes
0:22.8	can get abusive and not be so trauma sensitive. And we talked about ways of addressing these things
